Terms of Service

By accessing or using Booki, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms, which we may make at our discretion with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Booki reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for an extended period. One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior written approval.

Booki facilitates bookings between users and salon or barbershop service providers. All prices displayed are set by the service providers and may be subject to change. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment partners at the time of booking or at the point of service, as determined by the provider. Booki is not responsible for the quality of services rendered by providers. Any disputes regarding services should first be directed to the provider, with Booki available to mediate if necessary.

Users may cancel or reschedule bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy set by each service provider. Cancellations made within the provider's specified window may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior cancellation may result in a charge of up to the full service amount. Booki reserves the right to restrict booking privileges for users who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend appointments. Refund eligibility is determined by the individual provider's policy and applicable local regulations.

You agree to use Booki in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes: submitting false or misleading reviews, harassing service providers or other users, attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, using automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform, and any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality. Booki reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and pursue legal remedies for violations of these guidelines.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with Booki are the exclusive property of Booki or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission. User-generated content, such as reviews and profile photos, remains your property, but you grant Booki a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the platform.

Booki provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Booki in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree that any claims will be brought individually and not as part of a class action. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
